About the Creator

ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR & ACADEMIC CONSULTANT

Hi, I’m Wladimir Sánchez S., an English instructor and academic consultant with 21 years of experience teaching English as a Foreign Language, and the creator of Docsfun.

Teaching Experience

I currently teach at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and at the Continuing Education Center of Escuela Politécnica Nacional, after eight years as a Baccalaureate English Teacher at Unidad Educativa Colegio San Gabriel. Over two decades I’ve also led English departments and academic coordination teams at institutions including Cambridge School of Languages, Unidad Educativa Particular Córdova, and Instituto Tecnológico Superior Metropolitano de Diseño, experience that shaped how I think about building learning tools that actually help students progress, level by level.

Education & Credentials

My training combines a degree in Education (English major) from Universidad Politécnica Territorial de Mérida with diplomas in English as a Second Language Pedagogy from Creighton University (USA), Educational Management from Universidad de las Américas, and Ignatian Pedagogy and Innovative Education from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. I’m currently completing a Master’s degree in Educational Administration at Universidad Espíritu Santo, and I hold a certified C1 level in English.

AI Applied to Education

In recent years, my focus has shifted toward AI applied to education, exploring how artificial intelligence, virtual classrooms, and gamification can make language learning more personalized, adaptive, and accessible at scale. Rather than treating AI as a shortcut, I see it as a pedagogical tool: one that can help identify exactly where a learner struggles and generate the right practice at the right level, the same instinct a good teacher develops over years in the classroom. Docsfun itself was built around that idea, using AI-assisted content design to organize hundreds of CEFR-level tests (A1 to C2) that would otherwise take a single teacher years to produce manually.

Why I Built Docsfun

I built Docsfun because free, well-organized CEFR-level practice is harder to find than it should be. Every grammar, vocabulary, and reading test on this site is designed around real classroom experience, the same gaps and questions I’ve seen students run into for two decades, now combined with AI-driven tools to keep expanding the content faster and more consistently.

If you’re a student, teacher, or just brushing up your English, I hope Docsfun makes that process a little easier.
